Casey Royer of DI Arrested for OD'ing in Front of Son
TMZ reports that ex-Social Distortion drummer was arrested last week in Orange County after overdosing on heroin in front of his 12 year old son. According to law enforcement sources, the 52 year old punk drummer was watching TV with his son when he experienced an overdose. After his son ran to their neighbors for help, Royer was rushed to the hospital and surviving from the overdose. He was arrested soon afterwards. Today, he was officially charged with one count of child endangerment and one count of being under the influence of heroin, while also being held with a $120,000 bail.
Royer was the drummer in Social Distortion’s first lineup. Though he was in the band from 1978 to 1981, Royer appeared on none of the band’s recordings. Once leaving Social Distortion, Royer went on to play in The Adolescents until 1987. During his time with The Adolescents he formed a new group called D.I., which he currently still plays in (as their vocalist).
Capital Chaos, founded & created by Zoran Theodorovic was originally created as music video television show to be aired on public access in Sacramento, California. Our first show aired May of 1998 and still runs weekly to this day. In the middle of 2005 Mr Theodorovic invited Clint A. & William P. to participate in the show and a Youtube channel and a website were created. At some point in 2006 Clint went on his way leaving William & Zoran to soldier on, which they did together until January 2012 where William was let go due to irreconcilable differences. Capital Chaos currently enjoys the company of Amb Pirate and Kevin Champ. A new Youtube Channel was created & the website switched to Facebook(because let's face it everybody is on Facebook all the time now and who wants to go to some silly website and miss out on very important Facebook stuff. LOL!!!) and Capital Chaos continues on.
